The HLF Grant has been awarded to the registered charity, The Friends of Corhampton Saxon Church.

The Church, dating from AD 1020, is a living example of Saxon architecture and an icon of the Saxon era; a centre for community and worship in the Valley of the Meon for the last 1000 years.
The Friends, with help from HLF and our partners, has created the opportunity for the communities of the Meon Valley to bring to life the story of the Saxon era in the Valley.
